Store Holidays
we cannot ship any orders on USPS postal holidays or Sundays. We may have some irregular holidays to attend yo-yo contests, events, or family affairs. We will announce them as necessary. On those days, we cannot reply to e-mails or ship orders.
Good Life Yoyos reserves the right to handle each order on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange Rate
All prices listed on goodlifeyoyos.com are based on US Dollars (USD). Exchange rates for charges on your credit card or PayPal may differ from the price on other currencies you see when you order.
SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped with USPS. Some things beyond our control may cause your shipment to be delayed, such as weather or customs delays. We always ship your order within 3 business days to when the order was placed. Your shipping cost is listed when you place an order. You will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and any other fees that may be levied by your country.
Canceling orders
If an order is canceled after the order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred
Purchases may be returned within 7 days after you've received it. However, please understand that we cannot accept returns if OUR packaging has been opened, as it is the only way to ensure that the yo-yo packages themselves remain unopened. Do not open the shipping package if you intend to return your order please.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase.
Returns & Warranty info
If you are returning the product because of an initial manufacturing defect, please contact us for assistance for a warranty repairs/parts, replacements, or refunds. The Good Life Yoyos will provide goods that are:
- Of merchantable quality
- Fit for the purpose described
-Match the description given
- Are free of defects and faults
If the goods sold do not meet these conditions contact goodlifeyoyos@gmail.com, we may offer to repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
